Application for membership will not be processed unless payment is included with the application. § Payments may be made in four monthly installments (March- June) through pre-authorized deduction. Members using this payment option must complete the attached form. § Membership fees will be reimbursed for medical illness prior to July 1, 2011 with a written letter from the attending physician. Reimbursements will be prorated based on the number of unused rounds remaining in the membership, less an administration fee of $75. Requests for reimbursement after July 1, 2011 will not be accepted. |

Membership Classifications |
|
REGULAR: Members of the regular Canadian forces and their dependents. Members of the reserve force while on class b or c service and their dependents. Foreign military on duty with the CF and their dependents. Full-time DND/NPF employees and their dependents. There are no limits imposed on regular members and their immediate family members and they may join at any time during the season.
VETERAN: Retired Canadian Forces Personnel with a minimum of 20 years service
ORDINARY: Former members the CF in receipt of an annuity with under 20 years of service and their dependents. Widows and dependents of CF personal with under 20 years of service receiving an annuity Retired DND/NPF in receipt of an annuity on behalf of their service and their dependents Members of the corps of commissionaires Former members of the CF who served on active duty in the navy, merchant navy, army, air forces in Canada during time of war Active RCMP and their dependents ASSOCIATE: Neither regular or ordinary new associate members are held on a separate waiting list and are invited to join after ordinary members.
INTERMEDIATE: Must be full-time students and provide proof (school id) Have not reached their 24th birthday by may 1st of the current year. These individuals must have been junior members of hpfgc the preceding two years or be an immediate family member of a regular forces member. intermediates have all the rights of membership except holding office. JUNIOR: Have reached their 10th birthday bymay 1st and not reached their 19th birthday by June 1st of the current year. Dependents or grandchildren of members Dependents of CF/DND/NPF personal. Additional junior memberships will be offered to children of the surrounding communities to bring the junior membership to a certain quota. This number will be set annually and approved by the executive committee on the recommendation of the general manager and the junior chairperson. |
